“I don’t know what I would’ve done without you.”
— Mrs. P. —
Busy and hectic lives oftentimes mean throw “it” in the cabinet wherever it lands. This results in hunting and gathering when “it” is needed. A small fix is the step-up shelf photographed here where we can clearly see what’s in the cabinet and grab and go when “it” is needed. That’s a time saver for the busy and hectic.
A few minutes spent on this drawer made all the difference in the world! That’s it! It took just 10 minutes to sort it and organize it. Using drawer inserts my client already had, see how much easier preparing a quick lunch will be! Easy! Simple! That’s living organized!
Tip of the Week
WHINE OR WINE?
Like wine? Belong to a few wine clubs? Shop wine sales? Collect fine wines? I see many homes where wine is abundant and everywhere throughout the kitchen, pantry, countertops. Some dusty, some open, some standing and some laying. While wine is meant to be enjoyed, corral the cheer and invest in a wine refrigerator or a rack and then organize the wines!
Organized by vintage, varietal or both works well. Take it one step further… with a silver, Sharpie marker on the bottom of the bottle write the year it is to be opened or a small dot means this bottle is not your Tuesday night dinner wine, but a special birthday or anniversary wine. With this done, a toast to you!
